VQ
Users must comply with the terms of use of VQ services. These terms may change at any time in the future without prior notice, and posting them on the website constitutes publication. Please read the terms in full before using VQ:
1- Our responsibility is limited to producing QR codes or related dedicated apps. Fees for QR codes and produced items are charged even if they are incorrect or expire very soon.
2- When uploading a video, the following must be observed:
• Respect for publishers' and authors' rights
• Content must not be distressing or harassing
• Content must not conflict with moral standards and social custom
• No insult to political officials
• No unauthorized soundtrack / background music
• No creating political tension or unrest on the site
• No mocking a citizen
• No insult to ethnic or religious minorities
» Pursuant to Article 74 of the Electronic Commerce Act adopted on 17/10/1382 by the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran, and given that the VQ website is an instance of an electronic platform for audio and video exchange, users are responsible for any infringement of authors' rights stated in that Act — including reproduction, performance, and distribution — and for any content contrary to the laws of Iran.
» After a video is uploaded, rights relating to publication, deletion, and editing of uploaded videos remain reserved to VQ.
» The VQ website is subject to all applicable laws of the country, in particular the Electronic Commerce Act; therefore any conduct that constitutes a violation of any of the country's laws is regarded as a criminal offence and may be pursued.
3- The subscription of users who produce QR codes or dedicated apps with content contrary to the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran will be fully terminated, and no fee will be refunded.
4- VQ has no obligation to retain the content of expired QR codes. If produced QR codes are not renewed before expiry, their content will be deleted from the server after expiry.
5- Responsibility for the text and content of produced QR codes and apps lies with the producing user, and we have no liability in this regard. Information of a user who produces a QR code or related app may, at the request of competent authorities such as FATA (Iran Cyber Police) and similar bodies, be disclosed to them without prior notice.
6- A QR code or app produced by a user on this system may in some cases infringe individuals' privacy or be unlawful. We have no liability in this regard; the producing user is responsible.
7- All of your information, such as your identity details, contact information, and other information on VQ, is treated as confidential. We do not disclose it to others or sell it. We will use your contact information solely to send notices about VQ.
8- It is established that VQ shall present all user-produced content only through its own website. VQ has no responsibility for offering produced QR codes or dedicated apps on other platforms (for example Cafe Bazaar, Google Play, and similar).
9- If VQ service is interrupted or not provided for any reason, VQ will compensate by adding the downtime to the end date of the produced items, and the user waives any objection or claim.
10- If users are found using the VQ panel to produce content contrary to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, their account will be blocked without notice, and if the account has any credit of any amount, no sum will be refunded.
Registration for and use of VQ constitutes acceptance of the above terms.
